Every year this award is given to the Best Institution / Best Student / Best Social Worker. This award sponsored by Mithra Associate Founder Mr.A.Krishna. He is the Chairman SC/ST Cell, APCC member. This award is being given since 15 years . Our Principal and Chairperson of NSS Unit Smt.Sheila David received the Best Institution Award and Dr.C.P.Vardhani received the Best Social Worker Award and Ms.Sravanthi of B.A III Yr and MS.VaraLakshmi of B.Sc III Yr the NSS Volunteers received Best Student Award on July 15th 2006 . A function was organized at Gandhi Bhavan. Hon. Union Minister for Highways and Shipping Sri K H Muneyappa Honored the Principal Mrs. Sheila David and NSS Programme Officer Dr.C.P.Vardhani with Memento, Shawl and a Medal. About 10 students of our college received free books on the same day. |

The president & Fine members of Lions CLUB of Lalapet Dist.324 C-5 , Region V Zone II felicitated the Principal, Arts & Science College for Women , Andhra Mahila Sabha, on the occasion of 5th Installation nite on Sunday , 16th July on this occasion the Lions Club donated a Cheque of Rs.10,000 towards conducting a seminar / workshop / purchase of material. |
