Admissions

Application for admission should be submitted in the prescribed printed form only.

v Candidates who wish to apply for admission to more than one course shall submit the applications separately.

v Candidates who wish to apply to both the media i.e. English and Telugu shall submit separate application forms.

v applications must be registered in the college office on or before the prescribed date mentioned on the application form.

v Candidates should submit the following documents along with their application forms.

4 Xerox copy of the memorandum of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
4. Xerox copy of the Transfer Certificate from the Institution from where the student last studied.
4 Xerox copy of pass certificate of the qualifying Examination.
4 Migration Certificate for those students coming from any university or Board other than Osmania University/ Board of Intermediate Examination, Andhra Pradesh.
4 Latest Income Certificate of the Parents.
4 A Candidate belonging to the Scheduled caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Backward Class should enclose a true copy of the Caste Certificate from the Mandal Revenue Officer or from the Government Gazetted Officer failing which the application will not be considered under reservation.
4 The recipient towards the payment of registration Fee.
4 The original Certificates should be submitted at the time of admission.

v Admissions will be made in the order of merit as shown by the aggregate marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying examination.

v A list of the selected candidates will be notified on the notice Board of the college mentioning the last date for the payment of fees and submission of necessary documents. Candidates shall have to pay the prescribed fees and submit the original certificates on or before the date mentioned on the notice Board.
8. selected Candidates who fail to pay the fees on or before the prescribed date as notified on the college Notice Board are likely to lose their seats. Such seats will be offered to the other candidates in the order of merit.

Note: FEES ONCE PAID SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED

Eligibility criteria and reservation

·A Candidate seeking admission into B.Sc 1 yar should have obtained a minimum of 40% of marks in the science combination (optional subject) of the qualifying examination.
v In accorrance with the rules of Osmania university.

a. 60% of seats in 1 year B. Com ae reserved for admission to the candidates who have passed Intermediate Examination with Commerce Subject.
b. 50% of the seats in 1 year B.A are reserved for admission to the candidates who have passed Intermediate, examination with Social Sciences and Humanities.

v Candidates may strike off the column(s) which are not applicable to them in the application form.
v Every student is required to put I at least 75% of attendance during the academic year, to get eligibility to appear for the Borad/University examination through the college as a regular student of the college.
